2021 WGCA Member Convention Registration Form
The 2021 WGCA Member Convention will take place Sunday, Dec. 5 through Wednesday, Dec. 8 at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Some important notifications and reminders regarding this year’s Convention. WGCA Mentorship Roundtable – Similar to 2019, this year’s Convention kicks off on Sunday afternoon, December 5 at 3:00 P.M. Pacific. Please make sure to schedule your travel to be there on time. This interactive event allows you to get up close and personal with coaching veterans from across the country and will provide a great opportunity to discuss career and professional topics with some of the best and most experienced coaches in the business. Each topic will offer an opportunity for meaningful discussions, networking and the sharing of ideas across our sport.
WGCA Hall of Fame Reception and Banquet – Similar to past years, the Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on Sunday evening, December 5 beginning with a reception at 6:30 P.M. followed by dinner and the ceremony at 7:00 P.M.
The convention fee for the 2021 event will be $425 if paid before November 1. After November 1, the fee increases to $450. The site of this year’s convention will again be the Planet Hollywood in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The WGCA convention room rate is $102 + tax and $27 daily resort fee (Sunday-Wednesday) and $158 + tax and resort fee (Friday and Saturday). The room block cutoff date will be Friday, November 12, 2021. Once our room block is filled, there is no guarantee of additional room availability at our convention price.
