2019 WGCA Member Convention Schedule of Events

The 2019 Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Member Convention is scheduled for December 8 – 11 at the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas, NV.

Some important notifications and reminders regarding this year’s Convention.

WGCA Coaches/Mentorship Roundtable – As a reminder, this year’s Convention kicks off on Sunday afternoon, December 8 at 3:00 P.M. Pacific. Please make sure to schedule your travel to be there on time. Unlike any format recently seen at convention, this year’s mentoring roundtable is designed to bring mentoring to all WGCA members attending the convention. This interactive event allows you to get up close and personal with coaching veterans from across the country and will provide a great opportunity to discuss career and professional topics with some of the best and most experienced coaches in the business. Each topic will offer an opportunity for meaningful discussions, networking and the sharing of ideas across our sport.

WGCA Hall of Fame Reception and Banquet
– Similar to past years, the Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on the arrival day, Sunday, December 8 beginning with a reception at 6:00pm followed by dinner and the ceremony at 6:30pm. Please make your travel arrangements with the timing of this year’s banquet in mind.

The WGCA convention room rate is $102 + tax and $32 daily resort fee (Sunday-Wednesday) and $158 + tax and resort fee (Friday and Saturday).  The room block cutoff date is November 15, 2019. Once our room block is filled, there is no guarantee of additional room availability at our convention price.

The convention fee for the 2019 event will be $425 if paid before November 1. After November 1, the fee increases to $450.
