The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the second poll of the 2022 spring season.
In Division I, Stanford University remains No. 1 with all but two first-place votes, while University of Oregon claims the No. 2 spot after receiving the remaining first-place votes. Wake Forest University and University of South Carolina come in at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, while San Jose State University moves up one spot to round out the top-five.
Lynn University continues to hold the No. 1 spot in Division II with 10 first-place votes, followed by Dallas Baptist University at No. 2 with the remaining six votes. Nova Southeastern University moves up one spot to No. 3, while Limestone University and Barry University come in at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
Emory University received 11 first-place votes to claim the top spot in the Division III rankings, while Carnegie Mellon University received the remaining two votes to come in at No. 2. University of Redlands jumps six spots to No. 3, while Methodist University and George Fox University round out the top five at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
In NAIA, Keiser University and Oklahoma City University each received four first-place votes to tie for the No. 1 spot, while Dalton State College remains at No. 3.
The next Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll will be released on Friday, April 15.
