The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the second poll of the 2022 fall season.
In Division I, Stanford University remains at the No. 1 spot with 19 first-place votes, while Wake Forest University received three first-place votes to hold steady at No. 2. University of Virginia jumps seven spots to No. 3, followed by University of South Carolina who remains at No. 4. University of Texas makes an 11-spot jump to round out the top five.
Dallas Baptist University holds steady atop the Division II rankings with eight first-place votes, while Lynn University received three first-place votes to move up two spots to No. 2. Henderson State University jumps 10 spots to No. 3 after receiving five first-place votes, while University of Findlay drops two spots to No. 4. Rounding out the top five is University of Indianapolis, moving up six spots.
In Division III, there is a tie for the No. 1 spot between Emory University, who received eight first-place votes, and University of Redlands, who jumps six spots with the four remaining votes. George Fox University drops one spot to No. 3, while Carnegie Mellon University and Methodist University tie for the No. 4 spot.
In NAIA, Oklahoma City University remains atop the rankings with two first-place votes, while University of British Columbia holds steady at No. 2 with six first-place votes. Keiser University moves up two spots to round out the top-three.
