The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the third poll of the 2022 fall season.
In Division I, Stanford University remains at the No. 1 spot with 12 first-place votes, while Wake Forest University trails closely behind at No. 2 with the remaining nine votes. After receiving points in the last poll, Mississippi State University makes a huge leap to the No. 3 spot, followed by University of South Carolina at No. 4 and Texas A&M University at No. 5.
Dallas Baptist University holds steady atop the Division II rankings with all but one first-place vote, while Henderson State University received the remaining vote to move up one spot to No. 2. Lynn University drops one spot to No. 3, while Nova Southeastern University and West Texas A&M University jump into the top five at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
In Division III, University of Redlands holds on to the No. 1 spot with eight first-place votes, while Washington University in St. Louis received two votes to jump five spots to No. 2. George Fox University and Emory University each received one first-place vote to come in at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, while Centre College moves up five spots to round out the top five.
In NAIA, Oklahoma City University remains atop the rankings with one first-place vote, University of British Columbia holds steady at No. 2 with five votes, and Keiser University remains at No. 3.
