The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the fourth and final poll of the 2019-20 fall season.
In Division I, University of Texas is the unanimous No. 1 after receiving all first-place votes, while Arizona State University moves up one spot to No. 2. Wake Forest University jumps one spot to No. 3, while Kent State University climbed two spots to sit at No. 4. University of Arizona enters the top-five after a three-spot jump.
In Division II, University of Indianapolis remains No. 1 with 10 first-place votes, while Nova Southeastern University received two first-place votes to stay at the No. 2 spot. University of Findlay moves up one spot to No. 3, while Dallas Baptist University received one first-place vote to jump to No. 4. Lynn University rounds out the top-five after falling two spots.
Carnegie Melon University remains No. 1 in Division III with seven first-place votes, while University of Redlands received four first-place votes to stay at No. 2. Washington University in St. Louis received one first-place vote to jump three spots, coming in at No. 3, while George Fox University and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps remain in the top-five, each falling one spot.
