The University of New Mexico women’s golf team has been named the recipient of the 2020-21 WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award. The award recognizes the women’s collegiate golf program with the highest collective average team GPA which includes all of the team’s student-athletes for the 2020-21 season. New Mexico’s 10 team members had an average GPA of 3.993.
Leading Division II was Davenport University, as the team’s nine members averaged a 3.915 GPA, while Macalester College led Division III with a 3.944 average GPA. In NAIA, Ottawa College – Arizona led the division with a GPA of 3.921.
The WGCA also announced the top 25 teams with the highest team GPA for Division I, Division II and Division III, as well as the top 10 teams for NAIA. They are as follows:
