  • Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll Rankings Announced

    The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the second poll of the 2023 spring season.

     

    Stanford University remains atop the Division I rankings, receiving all but one first-place vote, while Wake Forest University received the remaining vote to hold steady at No. 2. Louisiana State University jumps four spots to come in at No. 3, while University of South Carolina and University of Oregon remain in the top-five at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.

     

    In Division II, Lynn University claims the top spot after receiving 13 first-place votes, while Dallas Baptist University drops to No. 2 with two votes. Nova Southeastern University and Henderson State University hold steady at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, with the latter receiving one first-place vote. Anderson University moves up one spot to round out the top-five.

     

    Emory University remains the unanimous No. 1 in Division III, receiving all 12 first-place votes, while University of Redlands holds steady at the No. 2 spot. George Fox University and Washington University in St. Louis sit at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, while Carnegie Mellon University moves up one spot to No. 5.

     

    In NAIA, Dalton State College claims the No. 1 spot after receiving three first-place votes. Oklahoma City University received four votes to trail by just one point, followed closely by Keiser University who received three votes.

     

    The next Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll will be released on Friday, April 7.
