Regular Membership in the Women's Golf Coaches Association is open to head and assistant women's collegiate golf coaches at Division I, II, III, NAIA, and Junior College institutions.
Annual membership dues are $200 annually for head coaches (Division I); $175 for head coaches (Division II, III, NAIA, and Junior Colleges) and $70 annually for assistant coaches. WGCA membership is for the period of September 1 - August 31 annually. Dues not paid by October 15 for head coaches are subject to a penalty.
WGCA MEMBER CONVENTION - Invitation to attend the Annual WGCA Member Convention. The Convention, held in December each year, offers its members a dynamic educational program combined with an opportunity to interact and network with their coaching peers from throughout the country.
STUDENT-ATHLETE RECOGNITION - Only student-athletes of member head coaches are eligible for to receive awards and honors sponsored exclusively by the WGCA. Division I, II and III student-athlete awards include the PING WGCA National Players of the Year, Freshman of the Year, All-American 1st, 2nd and Honorable Mention Golf Team, All-America Scholar Golf Team, Edith Cummings Munson Golf Award, Dinah Shore Trophy, Golfstat Cup and Kim Moore Spirit Award. Additionally, the WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award is an award based on the average GPA for all of the members of a women's collegiate team for the full year. The top 25 teams with the highest collective average GPA are recognized.
COACHING RECOGNITION - Member coaches are eligible for coaching recognition awards including Golf Grips WGCA Regional and National Coach of the Year, Golf Pride Assistant Coach of the Year, Founders Award and the WGCA Hall of Fame.
ACCESS TO THE AJGA'S COACHES CORNER - As part of the new joint membership program between the WGCA and AJGA, WGCA coaches can access the AJGA's Coaches Corner, which houses important recruitment information such a contact information, swing videos and player resumes. WGCA members will also receive full results from all AJGA tournaments, credentials and promotion on tournament scoreboards including on-site displays of TaylorMade-adidas Golf Live Scoring.
TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS MANUAL - Produced in 2010, this valuable booklet is developed by coaches for coaches. The manual will assist in the operation of your home event. Additionally, we are requesting that all in-season events be conducted under the same Conditions of Competition by using the guidelines in this manual. Only WGCA members will receive this manual.
COMPENSATION SURVEY - Every other year, the WGCA produces a Compensation Survey for Division I, II and III head women's golf coaches. This survey provides detailed analysis regarding compensation and benefits for both head and assistant golf coaches and can easily be used for member coaches' compensation evaluation and negotiation.

TOURNAMENT CALENDAR - The master tournament calendar for Division I, II and III women's golf is administered and maintained by the WGCA. Use the calendar to schedule your event or seek other events in which to be invited. Only WGCA members have access.
NCAA/USGA LIAISON - The WGCA and its leadership play an integral role in working hand in hand with the NCAA, both through the women's golf committees and the legislative/membership department, to ensure the voice of women's collegiate golf coaches are heard. Additionally, the WGCA has a seat at the table with the USGA Intercollegiate Relations Committee.
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES - The opportunity to serve in a leadership capacity either through committee positions or by playing an active role in the strategic direction of the association by serving on the Board of Directors.
